Our menu options give you a great deal of flexibility to choose what makes sense for your business. By example, at this level, you would engage our team at the highest level to create a community engagement strategy aligning with your employees’ interests. As one of our region’s biggest employers, you will want 15 of your senior leaders to be board trained and matched for service to our community. Your strategy plan, which we will guide with an employee committee using quarterly meetings, will call for participation in community-wide Days of Service as well as your own customized action days. One of your senior leaders will get a deeper opportunity to experience our Social Venture Partners wrap-around service. We will speak every other month to your retiring workers and help some 30 of your junior skilled workers connect with a nonprofit on a project basis. Finally, you will be a valuable member of our Volunteer Council, helping provide direction to our team and our community on some of our region’s greatest community needs.

Champion

By example, at this level, you would engage our team at the highest level to create a community engagement strategy aligning with your employees’ interests. As a mid-sized firm in our region, you will want five of your senior leaders to be board trained and matched for service to our community. Your strategy plan, which we will guide with an employee committee using quarterly meetings, will call for participation in your own customized action days. One of your senior leaders will get a deeper opportunity to experience our Social Venture Partners wrap-around service. We will speak five times throughout the year to your retiring workers and help 20 of your junior skilled workers connect with a nonprofit on a project basis. Finally, you will be a valuable member of our Volunteer Council, helping provide direction to our team and our community on some of our region’s greatest community needs.

Leader
$15,000+

Our menu options give you a great deal of flexibility to choose what makes sense for your business. By example, at this level, your company gets a representative on our Volunteer Council, which will meet regularly and include other like-minded business leaders to engage on topics important to our biggest community needs not being addressed by another sector leader. We will build a community engagement strategy based on your employees’ interests and manage an employee committee quarterly to keep the plan active. Four of your leadership team will go through board training and matching and 20 of your highly skilled workforce will help nonprofits on a project basis through our skills-based platform. As part of your strategy, your workforce will participate in community-wide Days of Service and a customized event with a nonprofit that matches your strategy. Finally, your retirees will hear from us five times during the year on ways to engage in their life encore.

Our menu options give you a great deal of flexibility to choose what makes sense for your business. By example, at this level, your company gets a representative on our Volunteer Council, which will meet regularly and include other like-minded business leaders to engage on topics important to our biggest community needs not being addressed by another sector leader. Your investment at this level could get you a complete strategy development and survey with your workforce, followed by implementation of a customized community action event. Two members of your leadership team could go through training and another 10 could participate in our skills-based project program. In addition, we could speak five times throughout the year to your retiring employees to help prepare them for a new purpose.

Ally
$5,000+

Ally

Our menu options give you a great deal of flexibility to choose what makes sense for your business. By example, at this level, you could have your workforce participate in a communitywide Day of Service during the first part of the year and then create a customized volunteer event for just your workforce during the second half. Two executives could participate in our board training and matching program and 10 of your technically skilled employees could participate in our skills-based platform.

Supporter
$2,500+

Supporter

Our menu options give you a great deal of flexibility to choose what makes sense for your business. By example, at this level, you could have your workforce participate in a communitywide Day of Service, send two of your senior executives through our board training and matching program and have us speak to your 50+ workforce about where they might deploy their passions as they get close to retirement.
