OneOC has built a business model around serving nonprofits and companies. OneOC’s services typically range from $90 to $125 per volunteer. Its minimum service fee to businesses is $5,000. The fees generated from its employee volunteering services support its many other volunteering-based programs and volunteers.
OneOC has grown and matured into the largest and most comprehensive of the some 250 volunteer centers nationwide, partnering with Points of Light Institute, HandsOn Network and California Volunteers.
