Her previous two decades at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. provide the Human Capital Management education to ensure that Cincinnati businesses understand the employee and company benefits/value of on-going well managed volunteering programs.

She is passionate about helping organizations better engage employees to increase retention, empower a healthier workforce by offering creative ways to give back which in turn decreases benefit spend and inspire leaders to be change agents to make a Greater Cincinnati Community for all.

She has been a committed volunteer for over a decade with the Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Imparied where she helps two local citizens with administrative tasks every month.
